  • Nan dezyèm pati inogirasyon Radyo Ayiti-Entè, Jean Dominique deklare li anvi kreye yon radyo ki gen rapò ak eksperyans moun k ap viv nan plizyè zòn toupatou nan peyi a, ki inifye tout moun, kòm ayisyen. Li dekri radyo kòm fonksyon sivik, epi li reprann pawòl René Depestre pou di: «li esansyèl pou enfòmasyon disponib fasilman pou tout piblik la ka swiv li».

  • In part two of Radio Haiti-Inter's inauguration, Jean Dominique declares his desire to create a radio station that speaks to experiences of people in various parts of the country and that brings people together as Haitians. Describes the radio as serving a civic function, and paraphrasing René Depestre, says that "it is essential that information be readily available for the public to follow."

  • Dans la deuxième partie de l'inauguration de Radio Haïti-Inter, Jean Dominique exprime son désir de créer une station qui parle des expériences des gens de diverses régions du pays et qui les rassemble tous, en tant qu’Haïtiens.
