To the right of the vertical, the numbers on the face of the coupon indicated the number of units, zone number and the period in which the coupon was to be used. Printed in light blue. Coupons on the left of the center vertical and the bottom row to the right had the face value of 1, 5, 25, and 50 gallons and were used for making change. Printed in purple ink.
