Script: A small, neat minuscule in a faded black ink. Red uncial initials; titles also in red ink. Occasional notes in the margins, primarily in red ink, but occasionally in black ink.

Decoration: Ornamental initials in a red ink, shadowed or filled by yellow ink, sometimes measuring six lines of text (fol., 18v, 26v, 30r, 32v). Red ornamental penwork shadowed or filled by yellow ink; elaborate red and black ornamental bar headpieces also shadowed or filled by yellow ink (fol. 18v, 126v, 29r).

Includes miscellaneous liturgical texts and hymns and excerpts from decrees of councils. At least two watermarks: one of a crenellated tower (Briquet 15887: 1401-1408; 300 x 450 mm) on fol. 129-132, 158-164 and another of the head and forelegs of a goat (cf. Briquet 2836: 1375; 300 x 440 mm)
