Format: Manuscript codex.
Title from text surrounding christogram (fol. 2r).
Layout: Written in 1 column of 17 lines.
Script: Written in a neat, careful, larger minuscule in black ink with a relatively wide nib. The first fol. may be written in a different hand, but the remaining fol. appear to be in one hand. Title in red uncial initials; initials in black or red ink in outer margins. Headings in red, as are occasional letters and punctuation within the body of the text. Scribal notes in margins.
Decoration: Red ornamental initials, some of them quite ornate, measuring up to 15 lines. Large square bar headpiece in red, gold and black, with two embedded arches surrounding a christogram (fol. 2r). The title spans the arches.
