	moved from our cells in the night	0:04
	into a separate part of the camp in Kandahar.	0:07
	And we were woken up in the morning	0:10
	and told to sit at the back of our cells.	0:13
	We all had numbers and they were calling	0:15
	that two by two in numbers of all the people.	0:17
	So we, my number would come up and we'd be taken	0:21
	to the front of the cell.	0:23
	Might to lie down on the floor.	0:25
	Two soldiers would come and basically	0:27
	sit on us and search us	0:30
	and shackle us up and drag us to the processing place.	0:32
	They would, they made us sit down	0:37
	on these like wooden benches.	0:39
	Chained our hands to the wooden bench,	0:44
	so we couldn't move.	0:45
	Shaved our heads, shaved their beards off,	0:46
	cut all our clothes off us	0:48
	and then we were marched naked out of the tent.	0:51
	In front of I do not know how many soldiers are there?	0:56
	Just that was basically done to humiliate us.	0:58
	There was no other reason that they did that.	1:01
	Into another tent.	1:03
	And there was a guy with a camera there.	1:05
	And we were naked when they're taking the photos.	1:10
	We don't have to taken head shots or full body shots of us.	1:12
	And we were given an orange uniform	1:17
	and told to put it on.	1:20
	And put the uniform on and then we were marched out	1:22
	to that tent outside.	1:25
	And then they put these mitts on our hands	1:29
	and taped them up.	1:32
	What else?	1:36
	They put goggles over our eyes so we couldn't see anything.	1:37
	And then they put these hats on their heads,	1:42
	which was probably to keep us warm	1:45
	'cause it's freezing there.	1:47
	And they put these denim jackets over us	1:47
	and made us sit down on the floor,	1:50
	and for a really long time.	1:52
	Then it was at night time	1:56
	when we were actually taken,	1:58
	by groups 'cause they did that same thing,	2:02
	putting the rope around our arms	2:05
	and marching us in groups of, I think about, 10.	2:06
	Then we were put onto the plane,	2:10
	with our ears covered.	2:12
	Our mouth covered, our eyes covered.	2:15
	So we didn't know what was going on	2:17
	and put on the plane.	2:19
	And about, I think it must've been about an hour,	2:21
	we were on the plane and then it took off.	2:23
	And that first journey was, it was horrendous	2:26
	'cause we were sitting on these wooden planks	2:31
	and it was impossible to sit on them	2:33
	for more than five minutes.	2:35
	And we couldn't move 'cause we chained to the floor	2:36
	and it was causing us a lot of pain.	2:39
	We'd lost a lot of weight at that time.	2:41
	And it was impossible to sit in one position for that long.	2:43
	And we had nothing to lean back on.	2:48
	So I had sit constantly in one position	2:50
	and not be able to move.	2:53
	And I was in a lot of pain	2:54
	and I was shouting, "I'm in pain, I'm in pain."	2:57
	And somebody came, took the mask off me	3:02
	and put something in my mouth	3:05
	and made me some kind of medicine.	3:07
	I don't know what it was but after that,	3:10
	after just felt really, really drowsy.	3:12
	And I didn't know if I went to sleep,	3:15
	but I was, I could still feel the pain in my body.	3:18
	And then that journey must have lasted about	3:23
	it felt like it was forever,	3:27
	but it was, we landed somewhere.	3:29
	I must've been about 10, 12 hours later.	3:31
	We were taken off the plane,	3:34
	searched	3:36
	and it seemed like they took us off the plane.	3:39
	They might've put us onto a different plane	3:44
	or they brought us back onto the same plane.	3:46
	And that must've took about two or three hours.	3:50
	And then we were just waiting there.	3:53
	And where we landed, it was really hot.	3:58
	That's the only thing that I remember about that place,	4:00
	'cause they kept our faces covered.	4:03
	So we couldn't see anything.	4:06
	They would put back onto the second plane.	4:08
	And that's the one that took us to Quantanamo.	4:10
