-	One Yemeni named Ahmed Khatir went to Estonia	0:03
	a couple of years ago when they finally started	0:07
	resettling Yemenis rather than kind of give up on Yemen.	0:10
	Stabilizing enough that they could repatriate him	0:14
	and he's agreed to let me come visit him.	0:15
	And so I went and I spent sort of a week in Estonia.	0:19
	I talked to him several days, it's all day with him	0:23
	and his apartment or riding the bus around town.	0:25
	Speaking to his friends,	0:28
	went to the mosque with him where he prays sort	0:29
	of a very small mosque in Tallinn.	0:32
	And sort of getting a sense of his life	0:34
	and he's very glad to be out, but also at the struggles	0:36
	He's in this strange place where he doesn't,	0:39
	he's trying to learn the language	0:42
	but doesn't speak it well enough yet.	0:44
	Although they do speak English there	0:46
	and he speaks English that helps.	0:47
	That actually may be a crutch for him.	0:48
	Very small Muslim community,	0:50
	so hard to get halal food.	0:52
	And he's sort of misses his family	0:55
	and hasn't been able to reunite with them and so forth.	0:57
	Larger than that, his sort of crippling fear	1:01
	as he described it, that he will be blamed	1:05
	if a bomb goes off somewhere and they don't know who did it.	1:08
	"Oh that ex-GTMO guide, he must've done it",	1:11
	but his mind at least he was falsely blamed even	1:13
	for being involved in Al-Qaeda because he was	1:16
	in the wrong place at the wrong time.	1:18
	And he's just sort of has trouble leaving	1:21
	his apartment sometimes because he's just like,	1:25
	what if something goes off.	1:27
	And he gradually got used to going around Estonia	1:28
	but would not, has not traveled to other countries	1:30
	in the EU, even though he's allowed to.	1:33
	At least on paper cause it's the Schengen zone,	1:36
	even though he, you know, he lost his twenties	1:40
	and would kind of like to see the world.	1:42
	But what if some bomb goes, he likes the fact	1:44
	that he thinks he's under surveillance in Estonia,	1:46
	because I mean, they'll know if something goes off,	1:48
	that he was just, you know,	1:51
	having cereal in his apartment when that happened.	1:53
