  • Matt Diaz, male, age 46, was deputy director of the Guantanamo detention center's legal office from July 2004 until January 2005. Because of concerns about the legal and physical treatment of the detainees, he sent an anonymous card to the Center for Constitutional Rights revealing the 550 previously unreleased names of the detainees. He was later convicted of criminal charges and given a six-month sentence.
