| - | The men always say that they had so much faith | 0:00 |
| and trust in United States government. | 0:03 | |
| But, turned out to be that was not what they expected, | 0:06 | |
| then they were disappointed. | 0:09 | |
| I was too. I was disappointed in the legal system in U.S. | 0:11 | |
| And the Constitution we have in this great country, | 0:16 | |
| how our forefathers built this country on, | 0:23 | |
| based on what values. | 0:26 | |
| What happened in Guantanamo was not | 0:28 | |
| what I understood of the Constitution. | 0:31 | |
| I often think that | 0:34 | |
| what if, you know, forefathers, | 0:37 | |
| they see, they know what's happening today in Guantanamo, | 0:41 | |
| how they feel about this? | 0:44 | |
| But, | 0:47 | |
| and I always have my faith and trust in the government, | 0:49 | |
| that they are going to correct this mistake | 0:52 | |
| and do the right thing. | 0:54 | |
| Especially when President Obama came to the office, | 0:55 | |
| almost like next day, | 1:00 | |
| he announced that he was going to shut down Guantanamo | 1:02 | |
| within one year. | 1:05 | |
| And I was so excited. I had tears in my eyes. | 1:07 | |
| Finally. Finally, it's going to be corrected. | 1:10 | |
| You know, everybody makes mistakes. | 1:14 | |
| But the most important thing is, | 1:15 | |
| who's willing to correct that mistake. | 1:17 | |
| But now, we are approaching that deadline | 1:22 | |
| in a couple of weeks and it's not going to happen. | 1:25 | |
| So, those are the kind of things disappoints me. | 1:29 | |
| And I guess, | 1:32 | |
| my 20 years in United States, | 1:35 | |
| I always want to see the great side of the United States. | 1:40 | |
| But then last eight years, what I have endured, | 1:45 | |
| what I have experienced in Guantanamo, | 1:48 | |
| was not the side that I want to see of my country here. | 1:51 |
