	in front of the bar association	0:49
	in which he said he did not know if he could free a man	0:51
	from Guantanamo because they could be the one to blow	0:56

	Well, this is your judge, this judge who just said	1:04
	he doesn't think he could set you free.	1:07
	When I read that, and I know a lot	1:11
	of the attorneys	1:13
	in the habeas bar	1:16
	were amazed that I did this motion to recuse.	1:17
	Cause because they didn't think he'd recuse himself.	1:20
	And I didn't care if he recused himself or not.	1:24
	I did care	1:26
	but I didn't think he would either, but it was wrong.	1:28
	It was wrong for him to say that.	1:30
	And it's a bad reflection on our courts	1:32
	and on the independence of the judiciary or lack thereof.	1:36
