	And then when they do that, we shout	0:30
	and then we bang the doors.	0:33
	And then one time actually, when they were giving breakfast	0:35
	they're supposed to give the plate with the food.	0:40
	And the guard gave him empty plate.	0:44
	There's nothing, just empty plate.	0:48
	And he said, where's my food?	0:50
	And the guard says, this is for you.	0:52
	This is your food.	0:55
	And so he just took the plate, this empty plate.	0:57
	There's nothing on it.	0:59
	No plastic utensils or no food, nothing.	1:01
	Just empty plate.	1:04
	And he just sat there, patiently.	1:06
	Didn't have his breakfast.	1:08
	Everybody else's eating and he just sat there.	1:10
	And then after, when they came back to pick up the trash,	1:11
	he give the plate back	1:18
	and the guard says where's the spoon?	1:19
	The way you didn't give me a spoon.	1:23
	You just give me the plate.	1:24
	Says no, I give you spoon, give the spoon back.	1:25
	And he says, I don't have the spoon,	1:28
	you didn't give me a spoon.	1:31
	And he wanted the search that self	1:32
	and he didn't let him, he says,	1:34
	I'm not going to let you search	1:36
	because you didn't give me spoon.	1:37
	And he called for the captain,	1:39
	the person in charge or the translator.	1:41
	He wanted to speak to them.	1:44
	And then finally, they came with a translator	1:46
	and then the translator tried to talk him	1:49
	into let them search.	1:51
	And he kept saying, no, he didn't,	1:53
	the guard didn't give me food.	1:55
	The guard didn't give me food and the spoon.	1:56
	And now he's asking for spoon.	2:00
	He wants to search.	2:01
	I'm not going to let him.
	And then they called all the 20, 30 guards to come in,	2:04
	forcefully get him up.	2:09
	And there was a psychologist	2:10
	and then that the person in charge and translator,	2:12
	everybody was there.	2:15
	They came in and they sprayed him.	2:16
	Did they spray?	2:19
	The block was a gas and then sprayed him and all that.	2:20
	And then he was getting nauseated with that.	2:23
	And then they sprayed some chemical on the,	2:26
	like a dish towel and then on the towel	2:31
	and put it on his face	2:35
	rubbing on his face, putting on his mouth.	2:38
	And then they beat him up	2:40
	and they dragged him out of his cellblock.	2:43
	And got him all undressed, took all his clothes out.	2:46
	He was only wearing underwear.	2:49
	And then he was trying to spit on the guards	2:52
	and he was trying to fight, but he's all shackled up.	2:54
	They tied him up.	2:57
	So many people are on him.	2:58
	And he was just fighting, trying.	3:00
	He says, I tried the speak.	3:02
	It's not going to reach them.	3:04
	But I was just fighting	3:05
	and spitting on people and stuff.	3:06
	And the psychiatrist says, he's going crazy.	3:07
	He's mentally,	3:11
	he's not stable.	3:13
	So we need to put him in the mental block.	3:14
	And then when they brought him there,	3:18
	he was absolutely naked.	3:21
	Then they took all his clothes, underwear, everything out.	3:22
	There's no sheets, no towels, in the cellblock.	3:25
	Just had the ICL mat.	3:28
	It's a thin piece, a rubber mat.	3:29
	So I tried to put that around his private parts.	3:34
	And then he was knocking the camera	3:39
	asking that to come in, but nobody would come in.	3:42
	They just left him there.	3:45
	Nobody would come in and speak to him.	3:46
	Nobody would do anything.	3:47
	He was cold and they wouldn't give him clothes.	3:49
	And he couldn't sleep.	3:52
	And then this Arab guy next to him	3:54
	give him an idea, taught him something.	3:57
	He says, you try to kill yourself.	3:59
	You try to do something.	4:02
	Then they will come right away.	4:03
	So he found something that he can try to hang himself.	4:05
	So he put that up	4:09
	and he pretend like he was trying to hang himself.	4:11
	When they see that on camera, they showed up immediately.	4:14
	They came in right away and then they sprayed him again.	4:18
	And then they give him shot and he was sort of passed out.	4:24
