Participants discussed: their childhood in the segregated South; black role models in the segregated South; leadership of C.C. Bryant in McComb race relations; the creation of the Pike County Voter's League in the 1940s; a school walk-out by a group of black Burgland High School students in the fall of 1961; changes in the movement from 1961 to 1964; role of Robert Moses in the Mississippi campaign.
