(00:00:00) Premye Minis Rosny Smarth deklare li pare pou reponn a palman lè yo entèpele li pou wè si yo pral bay li yon vòt non-konfyans, 1998-03-18 (00:00:49) Manm chanm depite yo te reyini pou deside si yo pral bay Premye Minis Rosny Smarth yon vòt non-konfyans.
(00:00:00) Prime Minister Rosny Smarth declares he is ready to respond the parliament when it meets to vote on whether or not to give him a no-confidence vote, 1998-03-18 (00:00:49) Members of the Chamber of Deputies convened to vote on a no-confidence measure against Prime Minister Rosny Smarth. Deputy Paul André Garçonnet states that the rising cost of living, insecurity, injustice, structural adjustment, and souring relations with the Dominican Republic are reasons they oppose Smarth's government. Smarth declares that he cannot quickly fix long-standing problems that preceded him, 1997-03-26 (00:07:25) Gérard Pierre-Charles of OPL urges other members of parliament not to give Smarth a no-confidence vote. He says that doing so will plunge Haiti further into a political crisis, and different groups must come together and form a consensus. Structural adjustment policies are not the root of Haiti's problems, 1997-03-24
