Ils ont failli lyncher les suspects. Le juge Jean-Claude Rigueur explique, 1996-06-10 (00:09:51) Max Elibert déclare avoir fermé le tribunal de paix de Saint-Louis-du-Sud, à cause du conflit entre la justice et la police. Auparavant, il avait donné l’ordre d’arrêter un superviseur de la police, Benoît Jean. Max Elibert décrit les faits comme une « rébellion ». Maintenant, le tribunal a rouvert. They nearly lynched the suspects. Judge Jean-Claude Rigueur explains, 1996-06-10 (00:09:51) Max Elibert says he closed down the courthouse in Saint-Louis-du-Sud due to conflict between the justice system and the police, after Elibert ordered the arrest of police supervisor Benoît Jean.
