(00:00:00) Le président Aristide s’est rendu à Cité Soleil, pour encourager un dialogue entre la police et la population. Il dénonce les bourgeois qui distribuent des armes aux gangs, et il critique la corruption au sein de l’appareil judiciaire, 1996-01-19 (00:05:02) Le porte-parole des Nations Unies en Haïti, Éric Falt, annonce qu’ils vont faire paraitre une enquête sur les incidents du 6 mars. Il déclare que la MINUHA continuera à accompagner la PNH, 1996-03-29 (00:08:40) Après les incidents du 6 mars, la tension est toujours grande à Cité Soleil. Les résidents ont déclaré que la police a tué des gens qui ne faisaient partie ni de l’armée rouge ni d’aucun autre groupe armé. La police n’a même pas laissé enterrer les morts qui commencent à se décomposer sous le soleil, 1996-03-10 (00:13:06) Le conflit armé se poursuit entre la police et la population de Cité Soleil, 1996-03-10 (00:16:37) Le deuxième maire de Delmas, Anslo Laventure présente un document montrant l’existence de nombreux groupes armés à Cité Soleil, et pas seulement l’Armée rouge, 1996-03-20

He denounces members of the bourgeoisie who supply weapons to the gangs, and criticizes the justice system for being corrupt, 1996-01-19 (00:05:02) UN spokesman in Haiti Éric Falt announces that investigation into the events of 6 March will be released. He declares that MINUHA will continue to support the PNH, 1996-03-29 (00:08:40) In the aftermath of the events of 6 March, tension is still high in Cité Soleil. Residents describe the police killing people who were not part of Lame Wouj or any other armed group. The police did not let people bury the dead, and they began to rot, 1996-03-10 (00:13:06) Continued armed conflict between the population of Cité Soleil and the police, 1996-03-10 (00:16:37) The deputy mayor of Delmas, Anslo Laventure, presents a document that explains that there are many armed groups in Cité Soleil, not just Lame Wouj, 1996-03-20
