Carole Voltaire describes the "Rebati Ayiti" project, a diaspora-led initiative to provide institutions such as hospitals and schools with furniture and equipment after Haiti's return to democratic order. A representative of the municipal government criticizes the project, because they have not received what they need.
Carole Voltaire présente le projet « Rebati Ayiti », une initiative menée par les haïtiens de la disapora qui a pour but de fournir aux hôpitaux et aux écoles des meubles et de l'équipement à la suite du retour à l'ordre démocratique. Un responsable du gouvernement local critique le projet : ils n'ont toujours pas reçu ce dont ils avaient besoin.
