  • Témoignage de plusieurs habitants de Cité Soleil qui perdirent leurs maisons quand les FRAPH mirent le feu aux habitations des sympathisants d’Aristide le 27 décembre 1993. Depuis lors, ils vivent dans la misère, d'autant plus que le projet de construction de logements sociaux pour les victimes a été retardé.
