Le pénitencier national peut recevoir 300 prisonniers et il accueille plus de 1000 personnes. La réforme des prisons va se faire en collaboration avec le ministère de la Justice et la MICIVIH. The Pénitencier National has capacity for around 300 prisoners, but it houses more than 1000. Prison reform will be accomplished with in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and MICIVIH.
