Des citoyens signalent que les rues sont pleines de déchets. Le ministre des Travaux publics, Jacques Dorcéan déclare que l’État n’a pas les fonds pour régler le problème, mais il croit que ce n’est pas non plus le rôle du secteur privé. Hervé Lerouge, propriétaire d’une compagnie privée, déclare qu’il est temps que tous les secteurs travaillent ensemble à régler le problème, sans démagogie. Several citizens describe the problem, as the streets are filled with garbage. Minister of Public Works Jacques Dorcéan says that the government doesn't have money to address the problem, but he believes this is not the job of the private sector.
