(00:00:00) The CEP announces they will disregard the Talbott Plan for elections in Haiti and will proceed with elections. Jesi Chancy-Manigat and Marie Laurence Jocelyn-Lassègue explain. Pierre Michel Sajous, the head of the CEP, says he has invited political parties to sit with the CEP to resolve the crisis but they refuse. According to Sajous, the CEP is taking measures so that the errors committed in the first round of elections won't happen in the second round, 1995-08-22 (00:03:53) Colin Granderson of MICIVIH describes OAS plans for election monitoring and the human rights situation, 1995-06-19 (00:06:05) Director of the BED de l'Ouest Roberson Cajou discusses plans for the first round of legislative elections to be held on June 25, and the problem of electoral fraud and fraud within the electoral bureau, 1995-06-08
