President Jean-Bertrand Aristide's speech to a crowd in Gonaïves. He calls for justice for victims of the coup d'état, particularly the Raboteau massacre, and denounces the plot that liberated former chef de section Onondieu Paul from prison. The crowd shouts many of the perpetrators of the Raboteau massacre that they would like to see brought to justice, including Groshommes, Castera, Saddam Hussein, Amazan, and Ménard. He addresses the question of reconciliation, and compares contemporary justice-seekers to Jean-Jacques Dessalines. He describes plans to help farmers by combating anthrax and supporting mango production, then the tape cuts off.
