Senatè Bernard Sansaricq konvoke Minis Lajistis Bayard Vincent devan Sena a pou reponn ak kesyon sou Williams Régala ak lòt dosye; sepandan, dapre Senatè Wesner Emmanuel, dokiman ki konvoke minis la te di sèlman "Régala" e pa "Régala ak lòt, ki fè dokiman sa a pa valab. Sansaricq ensiste Vincent gen anpil dosye pou l reponn, ke li pa gen dwa Minis, ke sena dwe bay li yon vòt non-konfyans, epi "si nou pa gen jistis nou pa gen anyen." Men lè jounalis la poze Sansaricq kesyon sou pwòp wòl pa l nan sètèn dosye, Sansaricq di li reponn ak kesyon sa yo plizyè fwa deja, epi pa gen konba revolisyonè san gen moun ki tonbe. Nan lari a, moun di Sansaricq genlè gen kèk pwoblèm pèsonèl avèk Vincent.
Senator Bernard Sansaricq called upon Minister of Justice Bayard Vincent to appear before the Senate to answer questions about Williams Régala and other topics; however, according to Senator Wesner Emmanuel, the required document only stated that Vincent would be asked about Régala and not other matters, which rendered the document invalid. Sansaricq insists that Vincent has many things to answer for, that he should not be Minister of Justice, that the Senate should give him a no-confidence vote, and that without justice, Haiti has nothing. When asked about his own role in certain incidents, however, Sansaricq says he has answered these questions already and there is no revolutionary combat without loss of life. On the street, people say that Sansaricq must have a personal problem with Vincent.
