Premye Minis René Préval, manm kabinè l Karl Auguste, ak twa ofisye -- Kòmandan Ramus Sainvil, Kolonèl Michel Louis, avèk Kapitèn Pierre Cantave Neptune -- pale kesyon ensekirite ak lapolis. Yo pale sou operasyon lapolis ap mennen kont gang ak zenglendo, tankou Ronald Camille ak Josué Pierre alyas "Ti Okap," epi sou moun k ap lonje dwèt sou lapolis akòz yo konn kale moun twòp, pa egzanp lè yo arete kat jèn gason nan Delma 33.
Prime Minister René Préval, cabinet member Karl Auguste, and three military officers -- Commander Ramus Sainvil, Colonel Michel Louis, and Captain Pierre Cantave Neptune -- discuss insecurity and the police. They discuss police operations against gang members and zenglendos, including Ronald Camille and Josué Pierre a.k.a. "Ti Okap," as well as accusations that the police have used excessive force, for example against four young men from Delmas 33. According to the officers, the police only use "useful and necessary violence" and that the four young men were beaten "lavalassement." Radio Haiti correspondent Vario Sérant reports on the arrest and beating of the four young men.
