  • Judge Josiard Agnant may move about freely, but the Ministry of Justice has still dismissed him from his position for having released a suspected drug dealer from prison. Judges and lawyers have gone on strike to protest the treatment of Agnant.

  • Le juge Josiard Agnant est libre de ses mouvements, mais le Ministère de la Justice maintient sa révocation parce qu’il a libéré un prévenu suspect de trafic de drogue. Des juges et des avocats sont en grève pour protester contre la sanction du Ministère à l’endroit d’Agnant.
