Trois ans après le massacre de Carrefour-Feuilles, le 28 mai 1999, les familles des victimes sont toujours à la recherche de justice pour leurs proches tués par la police. Ils n'ont pas reçu de dédommagement et les autorités font la sourde oreille à leurs revendications. L'ancien commissaire Jean Coles Rameau est accusé d'être le responsable du massacre ; beaucoup d'autres policiers accusés ont fui et sont introuvables.

Three years after the May 28, 1999 Carrefour-Feuilles massacre, the families of the victims are still seeking justice for those who were killed by the police. They have not received damages, and the authorities do not respond to their calls for justice. Former police commissioner Jean Coles Rameau is accused of giving the order for the massacre; many of the other accused police officers have fled and cannot be found.
