Dapre direktè Direksyon Santral Lapolis Jidisyè (DCPJ) Jeannot François, asasina Depite Marc-André Dirogène (depite Fanmi Lavalas ki te reprezante Gonayiv) te yon krim planifye. Poutan, kesyon kilès ki touye Dirogène, epi kilès ki kòmande krim nan, poko rezoud. Vèv li a, Christine Dirogène, pa gen okenn sekirite, li pè pou li menm ak pitit fi li. Asasina Dirogène se yonn pami plizyè zak enpinite k ap ravaje peyi a, yon modèl ki soti menm nan nesans peyi d Ayiti ak kesyon konstan an: Ki mò ki touye Lanperè?
According to the director of the Direction Centrale de la Police Judiciaire (DCPJ) Jeannot François, the assassination of Fanmi Lavalas MP from Gonaïves Marc-André Dirogène was a premeditated crime. However, the question of who killed Dirogène, and who ordered the murder, remains unresolved. His widow, Christine Dirogène, continues to live in fear for her safety and the safety of their young daughter. This is but one of many recent acts of impunity, a pattern than goes back to the very founding of Haiti and the eternal question "Ki mò ki touye Lanperè?" ("Who killed Emperor Jean-Jacques Dessalines?"). "The assassins are in the streets," concludes the journalist, echoing the words of Jean Dominique.
