He calls for former police commissioner Josephat Civil and other implicated police to be arrested, and he asks why Michel-Ange Jean-Baptiste, the police commissioner of Léogâne who was accused in the death of Panel Renelus, has replaced Civil, 2002-12-03 (00:05:31) Viola Robert, mother of the three young men killed by police in Waney 89, describes her sons’ deaths. She does not know how she will hold three funerals. A young cousin of the three boys, Jean Roland Nozil (age 12) also describes what he saw, 2002-12-12 (00:09:09) After the killing of the three young men, other young men in the neighborhood are frightened.
