Yolène Gilles du POHDH explique que les gens perdent patience avec l'enquête et interpelle Aristide, lui rappelant sa déclaration de soutient du 3 mars 2001 sur Radio Haïti. (00:06:42) Les proches des victimes du sirop pour la toux contaminé Pharval marchent devant Radio Haïti pour commémorer l'anniversaire de Jean Dominique. Ils demandent que justice soit faite et expliquent ce que Jean Dominique représentait pour eux. La doctoresse Sheila Jérôme, dont l'enfant est mort empoisonné par le sirop, et le musicien Bob Bovano sont notamment présents.
