(00:00:00) Le procès de Raboteau est bloqué, parce qu’il n’y a pas de commissaire de gouvernement assigné au dossier. Le juge d’instruction Abraham Thélusmé et le commissaire de gouvernement précédent, Kenaz Jean-Baptiste, expliquent la situation. Deux victimes du massacre, Raymond Jean-Louis et Rosiane Profil, sont inquiets parce que les procédures n’avancent pas, 1998-07-01 (00:05:16) Reportage sur le blocage du procès de Raboteau qui continue. Des parents des accusés tentent de soudoyer des victimes et des employés du ministère de la Justice, pour continuer à bloquer le procès. Florence Elie, coordonnatrice de la préparation du procès, déclare qu’il va se tenir, le peuple haïtien veut qu’il ait lieu. Édouard Petit-Homme, du barreau des Gonaïves, déclare que ce procès doit être politique parce que le massacre était politique, 1998-07-02 (00:10:04) Dix-sept dossiers ont disparu du tribunal des Gonaïves. Ces documents ont un rapport avec le coup d’État, mais pas directement avec le massacre de Raboteau, 1998-07-04
(00:00:00) The Raboteau trial is blocked because there is no public prosecutor assigned to the case. Investigating judge Abraham Thélusmé and the previous prosecutor, Kenaz Jean-Baptiste, explain the situation. Two of the victims of the massacre, Raymond Jean-Louis and Rosiane Profil, express their concern about the trial not moving forward, 1998-07-01 (00:05:16) Report on the stalled Raboteau case. The families of the accused have tried to bribe both the victims of the massacre and justice employees. Florence Elie, the coordinator of preparations for the trial, declares that the trial will take place and that the Haitian people wish for it to take place. Édouard Petit-Homme of the Gonaïves bar association says that it should be a political trial because the massacre was political, 1998-07-02 (00:10:04) Seventeen documents have disappeared from the court in Gonaïves. These documents were related to the coup d'état, but not directly to the Raboteau massacre, 1998-07-04
