(00:00:00) Bank Naysonal Kredi (BNC) pran nan twa wa akòz fanmi Mevs te prete plis pase 150 milyon goud nan kad TEVASA epi yo pa janm remèt bank lan kòb la. Senatè Paul Denis, ki te mennen yon ankèt sou zafè TEVASA, deklare BRH ap defann dwa gwoup Mevs la olye yo defann leta ayisyen. Senatè Samuel Madistin denonse konplisite kèlke manm gouvènman ki mare sosis yo avèk gwoup Mevs, 1997-12-20 (00:05:06) Repòtaj soti nan Gonayiv sou privatizasyon waf Sedren nan, yon byen leta ki nan men fanmi Mevs depi lontan. Fanmi Mevs la siyen yon kontra avèk meri Gonayiv la. Majistra adjwen Gonayiv la, Mary Nicolas, eksplike, 1998-03-25 (00:08:22) Dapre Roland Pierre, yonn nan responsab BRH la ki fè yon deklarasyon devan sena a, se pa TEVASA ki dwe remèt BNC a lajan, se leta ayisyen. Senatè Jean-Robert Sabalat, Paul Denis, Renaud Bernardin, ak Elie Plancher poze Pierre kesyon, 1998-07-02
(00:00:00) The Banque Nationale de Crédit is in trouble after the Mevs family borrowed more than 150 million gourdes as part of the TEVASA deal and has never paid it back. Fritz Jean of the Banque de la République d'Haïti calls upon the Mevs family to pay back the money to the government. Senator Paul Denis, who led the investigation into the TEVASA affair, describes how the BRH is defending the Mevs group instead of defending the government. Senator Samuel Madistin denounces the complicity of several members of the government who are in league with the Mevs group, 1997-12-20 (00:05:06) Report from Gonaïves on the privatization of the Sedren wharf, which is a state-owned wharf that has been controlled by the Mevs family for a long time. The Mevs family has signed a contract with the municipal government of Gonaïves. Deputy mayor of Gonaïves Mary Nicolas explains, 1998-03-25 (00:08:22) According to Roland Pierre of the BRH, who made a declaration before the Haitian senate, it is not TEVASA who owes the BNC money, but rather the Haitian government. Senators Jean-Robert Sabalat, Paul Denis, Renaud Bernardin, and Elie Plancher questioned Pierre, 1998-07-02
