(00:00:00) Le ministère de la Santé publique ne peut garantir qu’il n’y aura plus d’enfants empoisonnés par les médicaments de Pharval. Cependant, ils ont autorisé Pharval à rouvrir et continueront à inspecter les laboratoires. La consultante Joëlle Désir et la ministre de la Santé Michaëlle Amédée Gédéon expliquent, 1998-04-28 (00:04:10) Le président de Pharval, Rudolph Boulos, déclare que les familles des victimes de Pharval ont joint leurs forces à la sienne, pour trainer devant la justice les firmes hollandaises et allemandes qui ont fabriqué les ingrédients contaminés. L’avocat des parents des victimes, Robert Augustin, déclare qu’il ignorait cette entente. Il dit qu’il y a beaucoup plus d’enfants qu’on pensait qui sont malades à cause des médicaments de Pharval. Robert Augustin, the lawyer for the victims' families, says he was not aware of any such agreement.
