  • Commemoration of the fourth anniversary of the April 1994 Borgne massacre, in which the army and FRAPH terrorized peasants in the area of Borgne, including Bassin Caïman. The victims have attempted to bring their case to court, but have not had success. There is less press coverage of the Borgne/Bassin Caïman massacre because the area is so remote.

  • Commémoration à l'occasion du quatrième anniversaire du massacre de Borgne. En avril 1994, l'armée et le FRAPH brutalisèrent les paysans des environs de Borgne, notamment ceux de Bassin Caïman. Les victimes ont essayé de porter plainte, sans succès. On parle peu du massacre de Borgne/Bassin Caïman dans la presse parce que la région est très reculée.
