(00:03:38) Sylvio Claude expresses shock that Franck Romain has received permission to travel to the Dominican Republic, and denounces US imperialism and the unwillingness of political leaders to speak against Prosper Avril, whom Claude considers a Duvalierist. (00:06:00) Victor Benoît of CONACOM expresses shock that the Haitian authorities gave Romain permission to leave, and denounces Prosper Avril's government. Given the accusations against Romain, he should not receive asylum. (00:09:56) Gérard Gourgue denounces the decision to let Franck Romain leave Haiti. According to Gourgue, Romain is responsible for more than the 11 September 1988 Saint Jean Bosco massacre; he also should be brought to justice for the 29 November 1987 electoral violence. (00:03:38) Sylvio Claude s’est dit choqué d’apprendre que Franck Romain a eu un sauf conduit pour aller en République Dominicaine, et il dénonce l’impérialisme américain ainsi que tous les leaders politiques qui n’ont pas le courage de s’opposer à Prosper Avril qui, d’après Claude, est un duvaliériste.
