(00:00:00) Radio Soleil interroge des membres de la Garde présidentielle sur le coup d’État du 17 septembre 1988 ayant renversé le général Namphy et porté le général Avril au pouvoir. Ils citent plusieurs revendications que Namphy n’a jamais satisfaites. Ils sont particulièrement indignés que Namphy n’ait pas condamné le massacre de Saint-Jean Bosco,et que le maire de Port-au-Prince, Franck Romain, et des gros macoutes, aient été autorisés à quitter le pays. L’émission commence avec un extrait d’une interview donnée par un groupe de soldats le 22 juin, concernant le coup d’État contre Manigat qui avait porté Namphy au pouvoir, 1988-09-19 (00:29:15) Radio Haïti interroge des soldats de la Garde présidentielle à leur sortie de prison. Ils étaient accusés de tentative de coup d’État, le 14 octobre, devant renverser le général Prosper Avril. Ils nient que c’était un coup d’État. (00:00:00) Radio Soleil interviews members of the Presidential Guard about the 17 September 1988 coup d'état that overthrew General Henri Namphy and put General Prosper Avril in power. They describe several demands that Namphy never fulfilled. They are particularly enraged that Namphy did not condemn the Saint-Jean Bosco massacre and that Port-au-Prince mayor (and high-ranking Tonton Macoute) Franck Romain was given safe passage out of Haiti. The broadcast begins with a clip from an interview of soldiers on 22 June, concerning the coup d'état in which Leslie Manigat was overthrow and in which Namphy came to power, 1988-09-19 (00:29:15) Radio Haiti interviews soldiers from the Presidential Guard after they are released from prison. They were accused of participating in an attempted coup d'état on 14 October 1988 to overthrow General Prosper Avril. They deny this was a coup attempt. Patrick Beauchard and other soldiers remain in prison, 1988-12-21
