Features the voice of Dunois Cantave of KID, Michel Soukar, and Jean Rosier, a planter representing the farmers of the Artibonite, who denounce the contraband "Miami rice" invading the Haitian market. Other participants included Peggy Coupet, Boby Duval, Charles Clermont, Moïse Sénatus, and many others.

L’émission comprend les voix de Dunois Cantave du KID, Michel Soukar, et Jean Rosier un planteur représentant les paysans de l’Artibonite dénonçant la contrebande du riz de Miami. Participaient au congrès : Peggy Coupet, Bobby Duval, Charles Clermont, Moïse Sénatus, parmi beaucoup d’autres.
