Konferans Roger Gaillard sou lang kreyòl la, kilti ak sivilizasyon ayisyen (ayisyanite), konsèp frankofoni ann Ayiti, rapò ant lang ak pratik sosyal, ak kapasite ekspresif epi atistik lang kreyòl la. Li pale tou sou kisa vle di kreyasyon atistik epi sa vle di fòklò, epi sou kisa yon chedèv ye. Nan fen konferans lan, Jean Dominique fè yon entèvansyon, kote li mete an kesyon jan Gaillard te fòmile rapò ant lang ak klas sosyal. Dapre Dominique, edikasyon baz ki fèt nan lang kreyòl se yon bagay ki nesèsè pou mas pèp la ka vanse.
Roger Gaillard's lecture on the Haitian Creole language, Haitian culture and civilization (haïtianité), the notion of francophonie in Haiti, the relationship between spoken language and social practice, and the expressive and artistic capacity of Haitian Creole. He discusses as well the nature of art and folklore, and what constitutes a masterpiece. At the end of the lecture, Jean Dominique intervenes, raising questions about Gaillard's formulation of the relationship between language and social class. According to Dominique, Creole-language basic education is necessary for the progress of the Haitian majority.

Il parle aussi de la nature de la création artistique et du folklore et sur ce qui constitue un chef-d’œuvre. À la fin de la conférence, Jean Dominique intervient pour mettre en question la façon dont Gaillard a formulé le rapport entre langue et classe sociale.
