They also discuss the disappearance of Mission Alpha monitor Charlot Jacquelin, land rights, workers' protections, training of jurists, and other subjects. The first part of the program also features a clip of Louis E. Roy discussing Article 295 of the Constitution of 1987, which concerns the president's ability to make administrative reforms.
