Kontinyasyon emisyon Lè Ayisyèn pou 15 novanm 1981. Manm staf Lè Ayisyèn yo denonse plan gouvènman Reagan pou kontinye bay rejim Duvalier a èd malgre vyolasyon dwa moun k ap fèt an Ayiti. Yo deklare okenn pwisans etrange ka pote solisyon pwoblèm Ayiti yo, se Ayiti ki ka rezoud pwòp pwoblèm pa l yo. Yo li plizyè anons kominotè, 1981-11-15 (00:07:58) Entèvyou avèk Pè Max Dominique, yon prèt ayisyen ki travay ansanm avèk ayisyen nan Baamas. Li eksplike jan ayisyen nan Baamas antrave epi bloke nan mitan twa gouvènman ki pa vle wè yo (Ayiti, peyi Baamas, epi Etazini), sitou aprè ensidan Kayo Lobos ki te rive kèk mwa anvan. Otorite yo kòmanse ayisyen ale, men yo pa gen mwayen pou yo ale. Pè Dominique lanse yon apèl pou legliz katolik la apwiye ayisyen ki nan Baamas yo, epi pou defann "viejos" yo (ayisyen k ap viv nan Baamas depi lontan, ki byen tabli epi ki gen fanmi yo ki la) pou yo ka jwenn yon estati legal. Pè Gérard Jean-Juste, direktè Haitian Refugee Center (Sant Refijye Ayisyen) nan Miyami, mande popilasyon ayisyen nan Nouyòk pote solidarite yo avèk Haitian Refugee Center lan. Li deklare ke politik Etazini vè Ayiti baze sou rasis. Lè Ayisyèn mande kominote a bay yo sipò, pase apèl "kolèk" vin chè. Yo anonse pral genyen yon manifestasyon pou egzije libète an Ayiti, aprè arestasyon Sylvio Claude ak lòt moun, epi yo anonse Sant Chalmay Perat ap chèche yon sikològ epi kèk travayè sosyal, pami lòt staf, pou ede timoun refijye ki nan men yo. Apeprè 1981-01.
Continuation of November 15, 1981 L’Heure Haïtienne broadcast. L’Heure Haïtienne staff denounce the Reagan government’s plans to continue to give aid to the Duvalier government despite human rights abuses in Haiti. They declare that the solution to Haiti’s problems does not lie in any foreign power, but in Haiti. They read several community announcements, 1981-11-15 (00:07:58) Interview with Father Max Dominique, a Haitian priest who works with Haitians in the Bahamas. He describes how Haitian people in the Bahamas are trapped between three governments that don’t want them (Haiti, the Bahamas, and the United States), especially after the Cayo Lobos incident several months earlier. They are told to leave, but they do not have the means to leave. Father Dominique calls upon the Catholic Church to support Haitians in the Bahamas, and to advocate for the “viejos” (Haitians who have lived in the Bahamas for a long time, who have settled and raised families there) to be granted legal status. Father Gérald Jean-Juste, the director of the Haitian Refugee Center in Miami, asked the Haitian population of New York to support the Haitian Refugee Center. He declares that US policy toward Haitians is based on racism. L’Heure Haïtienne asks for community support, because collect calls get expensive. They announce a demonstration calling for freedom in Haiti, following the arrest of Sylvio Claude and others, and they announce that the Centre Charlemagne Péralte is seeking a child psychologist and social workers, among other staff positions, to support Haitian refugee children, circa 1981-01
