Jean Dominique pale sou tansyon ki egziste ant ti legliz (legliz popilè) ki ap ankouraje teyoloji liberasyon, ak yerachi legliz katolik. Pè Jean-Bertrand Aristide eksplike sa teyoloji liberasyon an ye (bay pòv yo opsyon ki pi bon an) ak wòl jèn yo nan mouvman ti legliz la, epi li pale sou masak Janrabèl, enperyalis ameriken, klas sosyal, ak posibilite inite nan yon legliz katolik ki ap vin deplizanpli divize. J.J.
Jean Dominique discusses the tension between the "ti legliz" movement with its embrace of liberation theology, and the traditional Catholic Church hierarchy. Father Jean-Bertrand Aristide explains the meaning of liberation theology ("a preferential option for the poor") and the role of youth in the movement, and discusses the Jean Rabel massacre, US imperialism, social class, and the possibility of unity within an increasingly divided Catholic Church. J.J. Dominique, Monique Lafontant, and Yanick Lahens discuss of Umberto Eco's THE NAME OF THE ROSE and Jean-Jacques Annaud's film based on the novel.
