  • Jean Dominique interviews Vicaisse Bellefleur, a leader of the peasant farmers' union in Mauger in the Artibonite. They discuss the 29 March 1987 constitutional referendum, farmers' resistance to contraband goods from abroad, the need for Haiti to be sovereign so they will not be like Ti Sentaniz before foreign powers, and peasant farmers' hope that future elections will be free and fair. They will not be resigned any longer, and they are watching to see what happens.

  • Jean Dominique interroge Vicaisse Bellefleur, leader syndical des planteurs de Mauger dans l’Artibonite. Ils discutent du référendum constitutionnel du 29 mars 1987, de la résistance des paysans contre la contrebande, de l’importance de la souveraineté d’Haïti par rapport aux puissances étrangères, et enfin de l’espoir des paysans en des élections libres et équitables. Ils ne se résigneront plus et seront vigilants.
