  • Michel Soukar of CONACOM discusses Haiti's democratization. He discusses the formation of the new CEP and the CNG's refusal to attend the inauguration of the CEP, the CNG's violation of the constitution, and the need for solidarity among farmers, workers, the middle class, and the business sector for Haiti to make economic, social, and political progress. Soukar also describes uncompromising people on the far left of the political spectrum who undermine the democratic movement.

  • Michel Soukar du CONACOM parle de la démocratisation en Haïti. Il aborde la création du nouveau CEP, le refus du CNG d'assister à son inauguration et comment le CNG viole la constitution. Il parle aussi de la nécéssité de faire preuve de solidarité entre les paysans, les ouvriers, la classe moyenne et le secteur industriel pour parvenir à des progrès économiques, sociaux et politiques en Haïti. Selon lui, les militants d'extrême gauche qui refusent tout compromis affaiblissent le mouvement démocratique.
