Gen apèl k ap lanse pou mobilizasyon anti-makout -- "makout pa ladan!" -- aprè ansyen makout, an patikilye Roger Lafontant, kòmanse konplote pou yo ka tounen nan pouvwa. Lafontant, ki te jwenn azil nan Repiblik Dominiken, ap konplote avèk "Ti Je" Willy ak Ernest Cinéas, pami lòt. Men se pa sèlman yon kesyon de gwo patizan divalyeris, se kesyon konplisite sètèn militè, moun k ap jwenn kòb nan men Lafontant, kèk gwo boujwa, ak gwo pwisans etranje yo (peyi etranje ki bay Jean-Claude Duvalier, Lafontant, ak lòt gwo divalyeris azil politik). Anplis, taktik teroris divalyeris sa a toujou la aprè Duvalier fin tonbe, kòm rejim militè siksesif yo (Namphy ak Avril) avèk gouvènman pwovizwa Ertha Pascal Trouillot konn ouvri "robinè san" pou yo ka rete nan pouvwa.
There have been calls for anti-Macoute mobilizations in response to former Macoutes, particularly Roger Lafontant, plotting a return to power. Lafontant, who had received asylum in the Dominican Republic, has been plotting with "Ti Je" Willy and Ernest Cinéas, among others. But this is not only a question of hardline Duvalierists, it is also a question of the complicity of certain military officers, people who are in Lafontant's pay, certain wealthy members of Haiti's bourgeoisie, and international powers (foreign countries that have granted political asylum to Jean-Claude Duvalier, Lafontant, and other Duvalierists). Moreover, this tactic of Duvalierist terrorism has remained alive in the aftermath of Duvalier, as successive military regimes (such as Namphy and Avril) and the provisional government of Ertha Pascal Trouillot turn on the "faucet of blood" in order to remain in power.
