L’avocat de la défense, Me Stanley Gaston, accuse l’avocat de la partie civile, Mario Joseph, de l’avoir menacé. Le témoignage de Blaise Vaillant commence. Il décrit comment il a été lié, par Madsen Saint-Val, à Jolis Auguste, Fritz Désir, Rony Jean-Noël, et Paul Emile Amisial. Il a vu d’autres soldats et attachés qui participaient au massacre, parmi lesquels Djo Lucie, Jean Tatoune, Lionel Adéclat alias Ti Pik, Castera Cénafils, Norélus Mondélus alias Saddam Hussein alias Eliancy, et Cherenfant Sauveur. Plusieurs accusés se déclarent innocents. Djo Lucie dit connaitre Vaillant depuis longtemps, et que ce dernier l’accuse à cause d’une histoire de femme. Le témoignage de Fritz Désir commence. Il décrit comment il a été arrêté et attaché à Jolis Auguste, Blaise Vaillant, Rony Jean-Noël, et Paul Emile Amisial. Il a vu Ti Claude mort dans l’eau, et a aussi vu plusieurs soldats et membres du FRAPH qui ont participé au massacre, parmi eux Madsen Saint-Val, Norélus Mondélus, Amazan Jean-Libert, Michel-Ange Ménard, Raynald Timo, Lionel Adéclat, Jean Tatoune et Léxima Thélusma.
