  • Luc B. Pierre, avocat de Cariétane Nady et Wilson Casséus, continue sa plaidoirie. Il déclare ses clients innocents et il cite des témoignages où les témoins étaient incapables d’identifier Cariétane Nady et Wilson Casséus par leurs noms. Il tente de discréditer Colin Granderson, de la MICIVIH. Il déclare que Granderson n’était pas aux Gonaïves lors du massacre, mais à Port-au-Prince, « près de sa piscine ». Le ministère public commence à répondre aux arguments de la défense.
