Deba jeneral avoka ministè piblik yo kontinye. Yo mande manm jiri yo deside kilès ki pi kredib, akize yo oubyen viktim yo.
Continuation of closing arguments by the Ministère Public. They ask the jury to determine who was more credible, the defendants or the victims, pointing out that the witnesses to the massacre and the various foreign experts all supported the same conclusion. They argue that the Raboteau massacre was a premeditated act, and dissect and analyze the army's official version of events. They also refute various arguments by the defense, including defense attorney Gabrielle Domingue's argument that, according to Archimedes' principle, two dead bodies tied together to a rock and thrown into the sea could not rise to the surface.
