End of the testimony of defendant Gesner Phénélon. He continues to declare that he was in Saint Marc at the time of the Raboteau massacre, and that as the officer in charge of the mess hall, he was not armed. Testimony of defendant Oléus Fragé begins. He declares that he was not in Gonaïves at the time of the Raboteau massacre and that he was attending his mother's funeral on April 22. He also claims he does not know what FRAPH is. Marilien Jean named Fragé the "market inspector" but Fragé claims he was not armed. Journalist Grégory Casimir interviews prosecutor Josué Pierre-Louis about the trial. Judge Napela Saintil orders the removal of Cénafils Castera, Norélus Mondélus, and Wilson Casséus from the courtroom, to be returned to prison.
