Diskisyon pete pandan pwosè Raboto a, aprè prezidan tribinal Napela Saintil bay lòd pou yo retire plizyè akize (Wilson Casséus, Norélus Mondélus, Castera Cénafils, ak Amazan Jean-Libert) anndan tribinal la epi mennen yo tounen nan prizon.
Arguments break out among the lawyers during the Raboteau trial, after judge Napela Saintil orders the removal of several defendants (Wilson Casséus, Norélus Mondélus, Castera Cénafils, and Amazan Jean-Libert) to prison. These arguments primarily concern a purported document that was not previously submitted as evidence, signed by General Raoul Cédras, that supposedly contains a list of all the soldiers who were present in Gonaïves at the time of the Raboteau massacre. Defense attorneys argue that the document is a forgery and should be eliminated. The Ministère Public argues that this document might influence the defendants' responses, and so they should be removed from the courtroom.
