  • L’interrogatoire de Gesner Phénélon se poursuit. Il se décrit comme un simple cuisinier qui s’occupait de la cafétéria de la caserne, et il était à Saint-Marc à l’époque du massacre. Mais si, comme le dit Wilson Casséus, le peloton était en condition D, cela signifie que tous les soldats devaient être présents. Est-ce que Casséus ment sur le lieu où se trouvait Phénélon ? Le témoin Charles Eddy Joseph déclare que Phénélon faisait partie du groupe de soldats qui lui ont tiré dessus.

  • Continued examination of Gesner Phénélon. He describes himself as simply the cook at the barracks, and that he was in Saint Marc at the time of the Raboteau massacre. If, as Wilson Casséus claims, the platoon was on Condition D, all soldiers would have been required to be there. Was Casséus lying about Phénélon's whereabouts? Witness Charles Eddy Joseph described Phénélon as being among the soldiers who fired upon him.
