Continuation of testimony of ex-Lieutenant Wilson Casséus. He claims again that he was in Port-au-Prince at the time of the massacre, but says that he had previously lied about this, claiming that he was in Gonaïves in order to avoid a court martial. Attorneys ask about his previous deposition before Jean Sénat Fleury and Abraham Thélusmé, military hierarchy and "blind obedience" versus "intelligent obedience," and the whereabouts of other defendants, including Norélus Mondélus (alias Eliancy, alias Saddam Hussein) and Lubérisse.
