Kontinyasyon temwayaj Jean Tatoune. Jean Tatoune deklare ankò li pa t zanmi Castera Cénafils nan peryòd koudeta, epi li pa t gen okenn rapò ak lame a. Li di tout moun k ap lonje dwèt sou li ap bay manti.
Continuation of testimony of Jean Tatoune. He once again describe Valcius Valcin as someone who was sick and who died lying down in his home. Jean Tatoune describes being apprehended in Ouanaminthe after fleeing there. Why would he have fled if the people of Raboteau still supported him, as he claims? Jean Tatoune's lawyer Gabrielle Domingue asks if the people are ungrateful for what he did to liberate them from Jean-Claude Duvalier; she describes it as a "national disgrace" that Jean Tatoune still lives in poverty despite all he did. Mario Joseph asks about Jean Tatoune's previous depositions (for the Commission nationale de vérité et de justice and in the office of Judge Morency) which contradict the testimony he has given today. The defense attorneys object to this line of questioning. Jean Tatoune again denies that he was friends with Castera Cénafils at the time of the coup d'état, and says he had no connection with the army. He says that the accusations against him are untrue.
