  • Suite du témoignage de l'ancien sergent David Sénatus. Il continue de décrire la planification du massacre, comment Castera lui ordonna d'aider en identifiant Ti Cubain et sa mutation à l'autre bout du pays suite à son refus de coopérer. Il raconte aussi que Castera demanda à Michel François de retarder son tranfert à La Gonâve ainsi que sa promotion de major, et de ne les lui accorder que sous la condition qu'il participe au massacre. Quand Sénatus arriva à Raboteau après le carnage, il reconnut plusieurs soldats, dont Casséus et Cariétane. Il vit aussi deux cadavres sur la plage et assure qu'ils furent tués par balle. Les avocats de la défense arguent que parler de la réunion d'octobre 1993 n'est pas pertinant puisque le procès porte sur les évènements d'avril 1994. Sénatus leur répond que cette dernière réunit des anciens militaires ainsi que des membres des FRAPH dont Fragé, Léxima et Jean Tatoune.

  • Former sergeant David Sénatus continues to describe the planning of the Raboteau massacre, how Castera Cénafils ordered him to assist by identifying Cubain, and how he was transferred after he refused to follow Castera's orders. He also describes how Castera asked Michel François for his promotion to major (from captain) and his transfer to La Gonâve to be delayed until he had executed the Raboteau massacre. When Sénatus arrived in Raboteau after the massacre, he saw several soldiers he recognized, including Casséus and Cariétane, and says that the two bodies he saw on the beach died by gunshot. Defense attorneys insist that the October 1993 meeting is irrelevant because they are talking about the events of April 1994. Sénatus declares that the October 1993 meeting included former military and members of FRAPH, including Fragé, Léxima, and Jean Tatoune.
